The Game of Abstract Mechanics - episode 1 - The first 4 Abstract Domains
Loading Discussion
Selected question
The Game of Abstract Mechanics revolves around this central story: everything that exists interacts with Abstract Domains. The first Abstract Domains are (1) Existence; (2) Mass; (3) Transformation; (4) Design.
4 Theses
Thesis 1, children below
D1: Abstract Existence. Nothing can exist without interacting with the Abstract Domain of Existence. [Tip: Do not confuse with Reality, as something may exist without being real. Think of a Pink Elephant. It exists in your mind, but it's not real.]
Thesis 2
D2: Abstract Mass. Anything that is Real can be represented as a mass of something, and therefore interacts with the Abstract Mass domain. Even a bright beam , formed out of massless photons, can be conceived as a mass (quantity) of photons. Mass is the cheapest thing when put on the table with reasonably comparable items, made of the same material, in the same proportion.
Thesis 3
D3: Abstract Transformation. Transformation is a process through which something that Exists or a Mass of [] goes in a forward (constructive) direction in order to increase in Design (complexity), or in a backward (destructive) direction in order to decrease in Design (complexity). A mass that has passed through a Transformation process is more expensive than one that hasn't, measured in (Abstract) Energy.
Thesis 4
D4: Abstract Design. Anything that interacts with Abstract Design, must at least Exist and must have at least been (self) Transformed at least once. Anything interacting with the Design domain is more expensive than something that interacts just with the Mass domain.
