Although, the primary cause of global warming is a result of the external use and burning of the oil"s substitutes, the problem remains, regarding the primary solution taken which is the use of electric vehicles. Specifically, the production of electric vehicles, as well as, the extraction of minerals needed for baterries require a huge amount of oil to be consumed. As a consequence the equilibrium between the usage of oil and reduction of usage of oil by the usage of batteries, is in fact zero.
