Despite what was agreed with the Kyoto Protocol, the governments do not seem to motivate and inform the citizens effectively. For example, worldwide there are many companies that use agricultural waste, something that many citizens do not know. These companies help to reduce CO2 and consequently stabilize the global temperature rise to levels below 2 degrees Celsius. The fact that a country managed to exceed its goals does not mean that it is enough since we are talking about global level.
