These measures against climate change, in the agricultural sector, are insufficient. Intensive agriculture, the main driver of World Food production, continues to generate significant greenhouse gas emissions and cause massive deforestation. A thorough review of agricultural principles and practices is needed to promote a sustainable approach focusing on regenerative agriculture, thereby reducing negative environmental impacts and adapting to climate change in a more efficient and equitable way.
