Pro: Agreed, but I think it's more than this. It's MISUNDERSTANDING. CS does NOT affect permissionless block production and transaction processing. No one has suggested that changes. Many fear that CS will introduce scanning/filtering/blocking of transactions, but it doesn't. It simply provides SPO's to decide who delegate to them. Block production remains permissionless.
