Con: This is another reiteration of the the “let’s resist all regulation by making it impossible to comply” argument. And of course, this achieves nothing because governments don’t care what Cardano can do, only whether their citizens are using it legally. Let’s say I need a medication that’s a controlled substance and you think governments should not make laws about drugs at all. Then according to you it is better if my pharmacist is unable to give me my medication rather than comply with the law.
