You may be able to choose between a contingent staking or non-contingent staking pool, but you cannot choose which pool mints the block containing your transaction. We may run the risk of enabling individual stakepool operators to censor not just delegations, but also transactions that don't conform to whatever local jurisdiction that is regulating that pool. If this is the case, then we have now re-created the ETH OFAC madness on Cardano.
