This whole CS, or not to CS, for the base layer of the Cardano ecosystem is everyone completely misunderstanding what happened last week with the SEC vs Kraken Staking for a profit. A private company. This is not what the base layer of Cardano (L1) is for. It's a security protocol and ledger. There is absolutely no need for CS to even be considered at the protocol level. We don't KYC to interact with IP addresses do we, or any of the other internet protocols.
