Pro: There are great benefits to CS.... But the risks of Gov tyranny are also great...... If CS is implemented ALONG with other improvements for privacy and other things that mitigate make it IMPOSIBLLE for international Govs to take over or practically implement universal KYC on Cardano, than the community will be more accepting.
